Andover’s La Mia Moda Boutique Expanding to Wellesley
Talking Real Estate with Owner Luis Nunez
Stopped in to talk real estate with Luis Nunez, co-owner and head stylist at Andover's La Mia Moda Boutique today. He's on the move to find a new home smack-dab in the middle of Andover and Wellesley. Why? So he'll have equal commuting distance — and can spend equal time — at both his existing downtown Andover boutique and his new Washington Street, Wellesley shop, opening this spring.
Focusing on Burlington and Waltham Apartments
Right now, the focus is on Burlington and Waltham, two towns offering millennials a cost-effective alternative to high-priced Boston rents, lots of cool restaurants, and great shopping options. I'll be posting more about Waltham by Sunday, when I host an open house at this value-packed recently renovated home at 217 Calvary Street, Waltham.
